More Information
This is usually one of the first questions we get asked when meeting with new clients. It's a valid question and knowing the answer up front is in everybody’s best interest. A good analogy is to ask 'What does a house cost?' It varies greatly of course, depending on the size and scope of the house - or website. An 1100 square foot townhouse will cost a great deal less than a 20,000 square foot monster home with 12 bedrooms, an indoor pool and hot tub.
That being said, we do lay out the base cost of three common website packages in our rates section, but a more accurate pricing structure can really only be determined with a free no-obligation consultation.
This question is related to the one above in that it really depends on the scope and requirements of the project. We can turn around a basic, limited scope website fairly quickly once the paramters have been mapped out and agreed upon with the client. A complex e-commerce site with multiple revisions, integrations and testing will of course take longer to complete. Regardless of the size of the project, we take each and every one as seriously as the next, and devote the same high level of attention to detail and care to every one of them.
This is actually one of the easy parts of the process! There are numerous places online to register a domain name such as GoDaddy.com, Uniregistry.com and so forth. Most of these registrars also offer web hosting services, however you do not necessarily need to stick with one provider for both services. If you don't already have a domain name and hosting plan in place, we can help with this and recommend the better providers to deal with.
